For decades, rock 'n' roll's biggest names wouldn't take the stage without the help of the Gault family.  Since 1966, the Gault family has produced the premier loudspeaker for industry professionals in Eminence, Kentucky, becoming the Number One loudspeaker manufacturer.  Eminence was searching for an adhesive to bond magnet assemblies while increasing production speed, eliminating shifting of magnets during assembly, and the ability to reclaim magnets on speakers that don't meet the quality standard of Eminence.  Hernon ReAct™ 727, providing fixture strength in less than 20 seconds, was able to significantly increase production speed and lower assembly cost while exhibiting superior bond durability.  They were also able to limit rejected speakers because unlike the adhesive used before, ReAct™ 727 did not allow the magnets to slide during assembly.
Before utilizing ReAct™ 727, when Eminence would attempt to retrieve a magnet from a loudspeaker that didn't pass their stringent quality tests, it would break and become unusable.  With ReAct™ 727 and a method developed by Hernon's Adhesive Specialists, Eminence is now able to remove the magnet components from the basket without damaging the magnets.
