Cylinlock™ 823 is a high strength retaining compound,
        featuring fast fixture speeds.  After full cure, Cylinlock™
        823 yields shear strengths of 3600 psi.  Handling strength is
        achieved in 5 minutes.  Cylinlock™ 823 is also usable where
        consistently clean surfaces cannot be assured.
