Through 30 years of dispenser design and construction, Hernon has developed the Autobonder 2101. The Autobonder 2101 is the most advanced tabletop dispenser for low-volume production and repair operations. This new design is smaller and lighter and features fewer parts for more reliability.

The Autobonder 2101 can dispense a wide-variety of liquids from the lowest (thinnest) to the highest (thick) viscosity. Materials that can be dispensed include an array of adhesives and sealants including anaerobics, cyanoacrylates, silicones, and epoxies. The Autobonder 2101 can also dispense diverse liquids such as oils, greases, solder fluxes, or paste lubricants.

The fully grounded foot pedal and included syringe holder allows for hands-free operation. This allows the operator to use two hands for cycling and presenting parts. For more precise dispense control, the syringe can be hand held. The syringe is disposable and can utilize a wide range of disposable needle sizes available from Hernon Manufacturing.

The integrated pressure gauge and pressure regulator allow for precise dispensing of material of nearly any viscosity from thin to thick including gels. The variable vacuum control allows for optimal control of the snuff-back feature. This prevents stringing or dripping of the material, which allows for a clean, no-drip operation.

The easy-to-use, six-function, digital timer allows for complete control of the dispensed shot. It is adjustable from .01 seconds to 9999 hours. Each depression of the pedal initiates a timed dispense sequence. The timer will not continue to dispense until the pedal is released and pressed, again. The continuous override allows the operator to dispense as long is the pedal is depressed. The foot pedal is removable and allows connection of any momentary contact control.

Designed for low-volume production and repair operations, the Autobonder 2101 is a low-cost alternative to other less featured dispensers available. The Autobonder 2101 adhesive dispenser is also extremely reliable and includes a one-year warrantee.
