"BRUSH-TYPE" MOTOR COMPONENTS AND APPLICATIONS

1) END BELL FASTENERS

Secure Fasteners with Nuts N' Bolts 423 or 425.
Refit damaged threads in end bells and housings with Metal Cement 850.

2) SHAFT KEYS AND KEYWAYS

Mount & secure new keys with Cylinlock 846 or 822.
Repair "wallowed-out" shafts with Metal Cement 850.

3)BEARINGS AND BUSHINGS

Mount & secure new bearings, bushings, sleeves and fan disks with Cylinlock 846 or 822.
Repair damaged shafts and end bells with Metal Cement 850.

4) END BELL FLANGES

Gasket & seal end bell flange faces with non-corrosive Silastomer 343.
Seal precision flanges or dress new pre-cut gaskets with Gasket Replacer 910 to maximize seal integrity.

5) IDENTIFICATION PLATES

Bond I.D. Plates to housings with ReAct 727 (300°F), ReAct 761 (400°F), `or Quantum 138.

6) WIRE VARNISH

Strip wire varnish prior to rewinding coils / armature with Gasket Remover 30.

7) COMMUTATORS

Bond commutators to shafts with ReAct 727 (300°F), ReAct 761 (400°F), Cylinlock 846 or Cylinlock 822.

8) BRUSH HOLDERS

Bond brush holders into housings with ReAct 727 (300°F), ReAct 761 (400°F), Cylinlock 846 or Cylinlock 822.

9) LAMINATIONS

Repair separated laminations with Cylinlock 846 or Cylinlock 822.

10) CONDUIT CONNECTION BOX

Seal junctions with non-corrosive Silastomer 343.
Secure fasteners and connectors with Nuts N' Bolts 420 or 423.

11) MAGNETS (FERRITES)

Bond magnets to housing / shaft with ReAct 727 (300°F) or ReAct 761 (400°F).
