Supertacker® is a line of rubber-based adhesives for bonding and sealing a wide-range of substrates with a bond that is tough, waterproof, and flexible. Supertacker® outperforms other adhesives or sealants with more strength and durability. It offers resistance to many chemicals and offers a wide temperature range for demanding applications.
Supertacker® offers flexibility that is unavailable in silicone sealants. This allows Supertacker® to be used in applications subject to vibration and flexing such as conveyor belts, seams in truck and garage doors, and in loudspeaker applications.
If you need a seal that is impervious to water then Supertacker® is the right sealant. It will resist moisture as well diluted acids and diluted bases. Even after immersion in water and other chemicals for two weeks, Supertacker® gained less than 2% of its original weight and lost less than 1% of its tensile strength in laboratory tests. Supertacker® can be used in temperatures from -40°C (-40°F) to 150°C (300°F).
Supertacker® is an easy-to-use single component adhesives and sealant. It can easily be applied from a tube by hand or from larger containers via dispensing equipment. The tack free time is just 5 minutes from application.
