All new Hernon R125 Dispenser Reservoir

The Hernon R125 Pressure Reservoir a versatile and durable pressure reservoir specifically designed for today's production environment. The pressure reservoir is a critical component of any fluid dispensing system; therefore, the R125 Pressure Reservoir meets the needs of system designers and users.

The material output line is located in the center of the lid. This allows the dip tube to be centrally located so that an up to 1-gallon container can be directly placed into the reservoir. The lid design and single knob secure system permit quick changes or refills by operators and minimal clean up.

The durable polyethylene material feed tube is resistant to most chemicals including adhesives, solvents, lubricants, and sealants. The polyethylene feed tube is disposable and can be easily replaced.

The airtight lid seal and meticulous construction of the reservoir body ensure there are no leak points for air or material. The material will only be in contact with the container and feed line. This allows for safe dispensing of a wide-variety of adhesives and sealants.

A maintenance person's worst nightmare, a wallowed keyway in a shaft and spline assembly or spun bearings on a critical piece of equipment and the nearest replacement parts 3-days away! Not if they have Hernon® Metal Cement™ 850 in their toolbox. Based on the proven chemistry of Hernon Cylinlock™, Metal Cement™ 850 is a single component, silver color paste designed to quickly repair worn machinery parts. Once confined between parts, it develops a high strength bond with excellent chemical and temperature resistance. An assembly bonded with Metal Cement™ is often double the strength of press fitted parts. Metal Cement™ is suggested for new assemblies as well, increasing reliability and to prevent future breakdowns.

Features

Fast Repairs (Fixtures in 10-20 minutes)

Fast Cures at Room Temperature (1-3 hours without primers)
